That's why we are excited to announce that coming June 2023, our candles will be made of a new proprietary blend of coconut, apricot, and soy wax, taking our commitment to sustainability to a new level.

Why the change to our wax?

Our decision to switch from our previous coconut and soy wax blend to a coconut apricot soy blend was intentional and well-researched. We are constantly seeking ways to improve our candles' sustainability without compromising on performance. After careful consideration, we found that incorporating apricot oil into our blend not only enhances the sustainability of our candles, but also offers several other benefits.

First and foremost, apricot oil is sourced from apricot kernels, which are a byproduct of the apricot juice and jam industries. By repurposing this waste product, we are contributing to reducing waste and minimizing our environmental impact. This aligns with our values of sustainability and eco-consciousness.

Secondly, our new blend has a higher fragrance-carrying capacity than 100% soy wax, resulting in a more potent and longer-lasting scent in our candles. Additionally, the nature of our coconut apricot soy blend wax compared to 100% soy wax results in a slower and more even clean burn, giving our candles a longer burn time and providing our customers with more value for their money.

Our commitment to sustainability and quality

Our new coconut apricot soy blend wax is still 100% plant-based, vegan, and contains no paraffins, we continue to ensure that our candles are free from harmful chemicals and environmentally friendly. We are dedicated to continuously improving our sourcing practices and are actively exploring alternatives to soy wax while seeking certified organic and sustainable options.
